  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may reattempt or leave the package at a designated location.

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving packages from the carrier or contact point.

10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to SCHOOSHOP due to an incorrect address or unavailability:
